對品質異常及現場管理的改善,制定一些相關的工作計劃和技術指導,建立合理完善的生產管理制度,推行鈑金折彎計時計件相接合的管理方案及實施。推行公司內部實施的“零缺陷”“TPM”“KPI”管理方案,計時計件相接合的實施。 |
一.工作認真負責,能吃苦耐勞,溝通能力強,互通信息,達成共識。二.對現場管理的計劃,組織,培訓,計時計件,控制及調整具有實際的經驗。
